Functional Fitness

A constantly varied workout structure with functional movements at high intensity, combining core strength and conditioning to create challenging workouts. The workout is different each day to improve your strength and conditioning, ultimately providing the best fitness and health possible.

Kids Functional Fitness

A great opportunity to give our youth a safe and fun environment to work on health and fitness. This class will teach proper lifting techniques to support them in day-to-day activities as well as supplement any sport they are involved in.


Endurance offers longer workouts that incorporate core strength, cardiovascular movements, and weightlifting to challenge athletes with demanding physical stamina.

Olympic Lifting

Improving an athlete’s understanding, refinement, and mastery of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk movements. This program follows weekly progression that can be completed in addition to CrossFit WOD classes, or alone.

Open Gym

Open Gym is a non-coach led class, but athletes are welcome to work on a skill, try any workout, or lift weights. There will be a coach present to help or assist an athlete with questions or techniques. Members must sign in for Open Gym as they would for any class.

Personal Training

Work one on one with a trainer to attack your personal fitness goals. *Personal training is available for an additional cost. For more information, please contact us.
